In 2011, Blue Water Spa was honored as the Southeast Medical Spa of the Year by LNE & Spa Magazine. At that time, I was still early in my professional journey, but I vividly remember the energy and excitement that recognition brought to our team. Even then, it was clear—Blue Water Spa wasn’t just another med spa. It was something different. A place where medical precision met genuine care, where both results and experience were held in the highest regard.
Fourteen years later, reflecting on that milestone brings a deeper feeling than just pride. It brings a sense of grounding. A calm confidence—in who we are, in who I’ve become, and in the work we continue to do.
A lot has changed since 2011. Treatments have evolved. Technology has become faster, smarter, and more sophisticated. The aesthetics industry has grown in remarkable ways, and Blue Water Spa has grown right alongside it. Yet through all the change, one thing has remained constant: the heart of what we do.
We’re still proudly owned and operated by Dr. Michael Law and Kile Law. We continue to offer a full range of medical and spa treatments, and we lead the way in neuromodulator and regenerative therapies in the Raleigh area. Our clientele is more diverse than ever, and we’re seeing more men choosing to invest in themselves—which we love. But beyond the treatments and technology, it’s our unwavering commitment to care, safety, and trust that sets us apart.
When I speak with patients—some who have been with us for over a decade—I’m reminded that while awards are meaningful, what matters most is consistency, transformation, and trust. Being part of someone’s journey, helping them feel seen, supported, and confident—that’s the true reward.
2011 was a proud chapter. But 2025? It feels even more fulfilling. Because today’s Blue Water Spa—and today’s version of myself—feels more aligned, more assured, and more capable than ever before.
